Woman who helped me said her name was Courtney, was so rude! First I walk in to a very overwhelmed woman who was trying to help customers both in the store and on the phone. Another woman (Courtney) walked by and the woman asked for help. Her response was "I still have two minutes on my break." She came back 30 seconds later and began to "help me" This was my first time ever purchasing a pair of glasses so I had lots of questions, and needed to try multiple pairs on.. They were great! This is where we go to get all our glasses. Between my kids and brother, we have had 3 eye exams and gotten 8 pairs of glasses in a month! Great selection and very well priced!

just received the most unprofessional assistance via phone from an employee i can ever remember. Sounded angry at me, as if I was the problem; just couldn’t seem to locate my order, ?? I mean we do have computers now ... so far been told they were sent to my house, twice, but can’t be confirmed for some seemingly 19th century reason; also, i suppose i don’t enjoy being talked down to for trying to do simple business, unreasonable; beware
