Omg the service and knowledge of the team is amazing! I have been to other location but by far will trek to Boulder. Its nice to see a place where the guest feels listened to and not pressured. Thank you!
Horrific customer service. They wouldn't give me three days worth of contact lenses to get me through until I had my appointment for my annual eye exam. I told him I didn't have any contact lenses to wear and then I never wear my glasses so I was really going to be out of luck. The girl couldn't have cared less, and kept saying that it was "company policy" to not give trials until you had an up-to-date annual eye exam.
