I had a nice experience w/ the Doctor and his crew. Spent the extra $ for the supplemental tests, this being my first thorough eye exam and was curious what state my orbs were in. All questions were answered and there was no upselling on the frames. I felt it was a great value. I will go back.
First time I've ever been here and they sent me home with an incorrect prescription for contacts. This place is a medical lawsuit waiting to happen. I call them up and they don't even apologize or recognize the mistake. That is some terrible customer service.
Absolutely horrendous customer service. Ive been to several americas best over the years but will never be back to this one. They dont carry accuvue 2 in stock...one of the most popular contActs where all others do. They couldnt tell me the difference between accuvue and their house brand. The lady didnt know if it was cheAper to buy 6 boxes instead of 4. Amateur hour over there...seriously. Will go to a different location
I love Americas best! I purchased my glasses from them and now my son needs glasses and the staff was so helpfull. Highly recommend them!
