I had 2 eye exams because the first prescript was wrong. The glasses needed to be adjusted and after 3 different people tried to make minor adjustments, they still were wrong. They need more training and experience. Many mistakes were made on their part. I will never go back nor recommend them.

Worst experience ever!!! Staff member "Julius" has the nastiest attitude ever!!! He should not be in a customer service role at all! 1 hour of waiting after seeing the dr and finally checking out to pay co pay... didn't even purchase glasses! Taking business elsewhere, will never come back to this place.
Will never ever go there again. They messed up everything about our order and are very non compassionate!!!!

What a joke!!! Waited over 45 mins for an appointment that should have taken 5 minutes (picking up a prescription) - none of the staff even batted at eye to fix the issue! I'm totally the bad guy for calling them on their mix up of course! They weren't behind first thing in the morning!!! Received excellent customer service from associate Sarah Wall. She was extremely helpful, very informative and professional. Glasses arrived very quickly, especially considering it was over the holidays. Overall a very pleasant experience! Definitely will return.
