I was there today, they were all wearing gloves,that’s fine, but this young girl needs to take customer service class, she didn’t crack a smile while she was helping me, didn’t make no suggestions, not friendly at all. They’only have a very few good glasses and they’re locked, the rest are not so good. I’m not very happy with this place and I’m not coming back. They should change they’re name it’s misleading, they’re not even close to being good at all.
Came here two years ago, my eye exam went good then and I got an amazing deal on my glasses! So when I needed new glasses this year, I decided to come back. I saw a new doctor this time and he was very friendly, and also informative. My visit wasn’t long at all and I’m incredibly happy with the price and the service. Best eyewear in Pasadena!!
Staff was kind and I was in n out. Glad I made the appt.
