RecommendedEveryone was amazing and attentive, except for the Dr. I went with my mother and we both got eye exams. She said "he's not the friendliest", even after being newly diagnosed with a cataract. When I went in for my exam, he immediately asked 'where I've been getting my contacts since my last exam was 10 year ago'. I corrected him and said 10 years ago I had Lasik, my last eye exam was a couple years ago. He did not apologize for his misreading. That really just rubbed me the wrong way. Very good customer service. Easy to talk with the staff. Was greeted when I entered and when I left. And Matt was very nice and helped me look for frames.
