Very incompetent staff. I should have hung up when calling to schedule my son's appointment when I was asked to repeat my son's birthday 3 times and then how to spell "Smith." We rearranged our schedule for this appointment today, and it turns out she never put him on the schedule. Complete waste of time. Federal Way's Worst.
Katrina the manager very unfriendly and rude plus very mean to me today this afternoon. I am feeling uncomfortable see her again. Wow she deserves to leave this place.
I've been a customer with the federal way location for over 5 years... The staff is OK off and on use to be extremely rude but there are alright people working there now. As far as the Dr goes; she's AMAZING! Always has a smile on her face and always going out of her way to help you. I've tried all the other locations and can't stand any of them.. let's be honest we all go there for a discount and to save money show up to your appointment on time and be respectful they'll get you in and out as fast as they can
What a joke. So excited to have insurance. Tell me I have a 90 credit then tell me I can only have one pair up to 90 and half off the other pair. Train your peeps better and wow greedy company.
