The manager, Wagner, has to be the rudest, most condescending GM I've ever seen. He's rude to his staff in front of other staff and customers. He's rude to the customer's. He assists as little as possible and then when he does assist, he acts like it's a huge imposition. It kills me that people write reviews and "Nancy" has full paragraph feedback if the reviews are positive, and if not so positive about the store in general.
