Everyone at the Princeton location was very nice, happy and professional. I had been going to the Hamilton location for a few years and I stopped going in 2017 because I didn’t care for the way I felt there. It always seemed like it was a burden for them that anyone was there for an eye exam. I went to the Princeton location today and was pleasantly surprised and pleased with my experience. The optometrist was awesome! Love them, they were thorough with the exam
We had a terrible experience with Dr. Baugaard! She is rude, in-considerate and un-professional. I would never go there again. Even the staff is terrified of her and can’t even speak freely or openly around her. They obviously don’t care for her either! We left and went to Walmart who greeted us with a friendly smile and was able to take us right away even though we didn’t have an appointment!
John the optometrist was the best, my frames broke I didn't get them from AB, he realized I was in trouble because without my glasses I'm blind.he took one look at them and walked over to wall and said these will work, I will be returning to the store and having my eye exam done and will be buying new glasses in the near future was very happy with my experience. Thanks again
The doctor was great. The man who filled my glasses and contacts order was horrific. I'm actually planning on trying to pick up my stuff when he won't be there. He made the process 10x longer, physically put about 2 dozen pairs of glasses on my head, and explained to me things that I had just finished saying myself. It was terrible.
The doctor was very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable! The store manager Megan was so nice and helped me find the perfect glasses that I LOVE. I highly recommend this location!
