Just lost a loyal customer. All of a sudden they're not able to sell me my overpriced contacts (they've BEEN selling me since my prescription has been expired.) I explained that I have a long drive home and that I need them. Incredibly rude customer service. I had a good experience picking glasses out but they promised it never takes two weeks to get them. It's been two weeks and they are salty with me for calling to ask why! All they keep saying is they'll call me when they're in and that they have to help patients. Well, I am a patient and they're not even being kind. Plus, they said I have to call them back. Kind of the opposite of what they told me. Eye. Roll.
Im disgusted that I just found a pair of red frames for 9.90 online, entered in my own prescription after calling America's Best and asking for my Pupillary distance and being told NO... I went online and downloaded the PD ruler got my PD.. Ordered my glasses with no lines and all the features I paid AB 240.00 for.. I hate these glasses and I want my $$ back.. I was seen at this location approximately 2 months ago. I got new glasses and I inquired if my contact lens prescription was good I was told I was good til 11/2016. I placed my order for contacts the beginning of this month for my trip to Las Vegas. I received an email stating they were contacting the Dr. because my prescription is no longer valid. Um really?
