Absolute worst company and customer service I’ve encountered in years. We ordered contacts for my daughter and husband 2 weeks ago. She is required to do the contact class since it’s her first pair yet they only offer during her school hours. I asked if I could just teach her myself since I’ve worn them for over 20 years, but they won’t allow it. After being a customer for over ten years with myself and kids I will never be returning. Daughter lost one of her contacts - just getting an appt was hard as apparently there doctor is rarely even at the store. We set an appt and go in. We arrived 5 min late and they deleted her appt and would not see her! For only five minutes and part of that five min was waiting in line at the store ! They also would not tell us what her prescription was so I could get something so my daughter could see. You lost a long time customer.
RecommendedSelecting the perfect everyday pair that will be on your face for at least a year is a big decision and they understand it takes time. The staff onsite were patient and helpful while I went through narrowing down what felt like 100 options.
Was very disappointed in my Progressive glasses.After 3 tries they still are too light and the glare is not what I expected of no glare lenses.
I absolutely loved it! Great prices , great workers! The doctor was awesome! I will definitely recommend people here!
