My family has been getting glasses here for years! Finally reviewing because the customer service is AMAZING!!! Brian is very professional and really makes you feel taken care of through great communication and attention to your needs. Angel has always greeted us promptly and checks if we need anything! The manager is also very helpful and leads a great team. Not to mention the fair prices and selection of lenses. I came in for an adjustment for glasses I had purchased elsewhere and later bent. Angel was so helpful and speedy in getting them back into perfect shape!
Went to the Camarillo location and Brian was a great help. Walked in, told Angel that my sunglasses 👓 🕶 needed a scrw, since it had fallen out. He got Brian to help me. It only took about 10 minutes and my glasses were fixed, no charge. FREE
Lovely store, all the workers are very friendly and welcomed me. This lovely associate named Denise was very helpful and friendly. Best experience ever, we’ll be purchasing soon from here again.
It was our first time (01/06/2026) at America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses and we were very satisfied with the staff service! The guys were very polite, friendly, and gave us all the information about doctors, glasses, lenses, and prices. Special thanks to Brian! He's a professional! It was a pleasure to visit this store in Camarillo! We ordered contact lenses and will be back for more glasses!
