I went into ABC&E on July 13, 2020 and selected 3 pairs of glasses. I was helped with my selection and then I was informed that they would be in, in 2 weeks. On Aug 4th, I called seeing that it was 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything. I called and was informed that my glasses were there. I asked them why I wasn't called and the only response that I received was that they were busy. So I went and picked them up, the manager actually was the one who helped me. My first time shopping at an America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses store on 10/30/19. Woman at reception was pleasant and efficient as was the woman who did the initial evaluation. Dr. Mark Schneider was friendly, patient and thorough. His demeanor and expertise will strongly influence me to return to the store.
