I spend $200+ on glasses because my prescription is really strong and there’s not really an option, even though I’m told every time “oh no it’s $69.95 no matter what.” Untrue. And I have to call EVERY SINGLE TIME to find out if my glasses are in or not. Then I come in to pick up my glasses after being told they’re in, and am met with what appears to be frustration that someone dare come in and make them work. Custoemr service is what should drive a company! Especially when i am the 1st customer at opening you should not have an attitude. And as I wait I hear the way you talk with other customers it seems like you are annoyed or want to rush through to move on. People want to be helped in a friendly manner not with an unfriendly attitude.
Don't go here if you have a really strong prescription very false advertising the commercials and the website and the person on the phone said it would be 69.95 even for prescription eyeglasses nope turns out it's $200 even without any upgrades just because I have really bad eyes never coming here again you guys will be lucky if I don't find a way to sue
Well at first I was like WTF I seemed to be waiting and some customers in front of me couldn't get it together but in the the little lady that finished up with me and ordered my glasses was excellent and I wish I could remember her name because I feel like she was the only person in the place worth mentioning
