poor service and prices are a rip off. second time going in 3 years and not worth it.
The doctor has to be the rudest doctor I ever met. Rushed through my appointment Like he had someplace else he needed to be. I should of just walked by and tossed $60 in the door because that is all they seemed to care about. I will never go to there again.
My wife (who has glasses held together by a safety pin) was 10 mins late for her appointment and was told: "sorry we cant help you". she has our 4 yr old son with her and was delayed due to a 4 yr old being a 4 yr old... she was offered another appointment like a month out.. this kind of service is unacceptable and she is owed an apology. I really hope someone sees these reviews and reaches out
Schedule an appointment at 6 at the only location not booking weeks out because you legit only have 1 contact. Call at 515 letting them know you'll be 10 mins late due to 5pm traffic. Arrive 10 minutes late as you told them only for them to tell you if you were 7 minutes late the doctor would have waited. The eye exam takes what? 10 minutes? This location is a joke. Do not recommend!
Too bad there wasn't a 0 star review. 2 pairs for $69.99 Ha turned out they tried to charge 300 for them. Screw this place I can get better for cheaper

I'll NEVER recommend this place to my friends or anyone else. Don't go there unless you're fine with getting bad service, being lied to, or getting poor quality glasses, late...
