Made it to the store 10 minutes to close, and they still helped me out. Within 30 minutes time, I had my glasses chose and prescription filled and out the door! Let’s not forget that their prices are so freakin affordable!! 👍🏽 I’ll keep going and taking the rest of my family.
Last night was my first time there. I had to wait a while to be seen even with an appointment, however it was smooth sailing once I got called back. Everyone was friendly. There was a lady helping me named Sharon. She was awesome and very welcoming!
First time here. Friendly and courteous service. Excellent choices for every budget. Dr. Li was very informative. I got my glasses within a week or so. Highly recommended.

Ruining my glasses. I had a screw come out and this location warped the screw holes on my frames. The arm should fit tightly but now it jiggles, even when screwed completely in. I bought two pair at the Hurst location less than a year ago. Now both have screws falling out and the company can't fix properly. Will not buy here again.
