The receptionist at the desk when I first come in wasn't very friendly. Was supposed to get two pairs of glasses and only got one. They were supposed to call me when my glasses come in and they didn't call me. I called them to find out if they were in and they told me yeah
My wife has waited over 3 weeks for her contacts and when we asked for our money back, they said no. Additionally, each time we call to check on the order we are given a different reason it's delayed. Last week, the gentleman told us he would reorder the contacts and give us a discount. When we called today, we were told by a different person that the contacts had not been reordered and there would be no discount. We were also informed that the contacts are now on back-order.
