Nice and very knowledgeable staff. They did not accept my insurance; I did some research and knew this before walking in the doors. I was greeted right when I entered the store. I was called back within 5 or so minutes which was perfect timing as I was just finishing up looking for new glasses. The technician that took me into the room for the first part of the eye exam, was just a joy to have. Very knowledgeable and answered any and all my many questions. American Best - monument Office - I called to set up an appointment for a eye exam and had the pleasure of speaking with Gina. Gina provided outstanding customer service and was very knowledgeable when it came to explaining my insurance benefits. The staff was nice to me. I have no issues with the employees. However, the company I do take issue with. Number one the pricing is deceptive. They bait you in by making it sound like a very cheap price. But it is nearly impossible to get out of there with glasses for that low. Number two they do not take all insurance companies. In fact while I was there I heard the lady at the counter tell a customer "sorry we don't take that insurance". Same thing she said about mine which is a different company. I went here fir an exam and glasses. The old women behind the counter just stared at me. One even told me I could not sit at an empty station to wait. I regret buying glasses from them based on their customer service.
Awesome, best prices ever. Opticians are top notch. Americas best.
Place is total chaos I am still waiting for my glasses from March 6 2024 nobody knows anything I have been getting the run around the entire time and here it is April 5 2024 and still NO GLASSES. I will NEVER do business with then again EVER

I do not recommend americas best. Horrible customer service at the Jackson tn location. Very disappointed with the whole experience!
