I had my last exam here 1-2years ago and it was a great experience, so I made another appointment for this location thinking it would be similar. I got off work early & drove an hour to get here, but I believe that good service is worth it. However, that was not my experience today. When I made my appointment, I filled out the online documentation to avoid filling it out in store. The worst experience! Customer service is nonexistent. Staff rather have side conversations and joke around than help customers. Notable to locate insurance to process orders. Never going back and sharing my experience with everyone.
The general manager there is loud disrespectful rude and condescending- she needs to get evaluated for the position she holds. 2 out of the 3 pairs of glasses were wrong this was confirmed by another location unfortunately since we have insurance we have to go back there. We will report her to the insurance to see what scan she is running
Horrible...three of us went for their "special". One of us had her money refunded for wrong script, mine had prescription lens in only one eye and then the other pair broke. Takes 10 days in between so I'm having to wear store bought readers until then. I was told readers are making my vision worse...well if y'all did it right the first time I'd not have to resort to these. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND America's Best!
