Great service, quick appointment with complete eye exam
Very impressive experience, Kelley was super nice I can’t forget Ms. Nyquen she’s absolutely brilliant. She listen to my needs and made it happen. I’m definitely making this my place to go to for my eyes.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The manager here is no help whatsoever and is not knowledgeable on the policies and procedures for America’s Best. I’ve been waiting for over a month for a refund because the associates there do not know how to assist customers properly and how to process a refund. Corporate customer service was also no help whatsoever, I requested to speak to a supervisor that could assist me and there has to be a “request” that takes 1-2 business days for them to attempt to assist me.
