I was overcharged $390.00 and after two visits to the store to explain this error, the charge was not reversed. Predatory theft. It was a disappointment because I have been a loyal customer for over 40 years. I don't want your condescending apology, I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!

I visited the store yesterday to have my glasses, which I purchased there, adjusted. They were loose but had functioned well for several years. During the adjustment, which was performed with what appeared to be pliers, a lady named Julia broke my frame! Worst people working here. I came in to purchase contacts after the optometrist had me use trial contacts. When I came in to make my actual purchase for the contacts I feel fit best, I was laughed at by both ladies working there. The two of them blatantly told me that the two pairs of contacts I was given were actually the same. So I, personally, decided to not purchase contacts because the lack of professionalism from Loanda and Ruby made me actually want to just get up and leave the store. If I could rate a zero, I would.
