Carlos is so patient and kind. He really is the right person for the position.
Took my daughter for her first contact class and Carlos was so patient and very gentle on teaching her to put them in. She was struggling and he encouraged her. I appreciate him and making my daughter’s experience a good one.
I came to get my glasses adjusted and a copy of my prescription. My glasses were loose on my face and I typically come in frequently to get them adjusted. I gave them to the gentleman and when he returned them to me to the frames broke in my hand as I was going to try them on. I’ve been wearing glasses since I was 11 years old and this has never happened to me.
