Total bait and switch scam. They advertise deals then refuse to sell you what you came in for. Go anywhere else. Don't waste your time here.
The eye technicians are wonderful. So helpful. I went in and my contacts were no longer In stock, and they hooked me up with a better set of contacts and a trial pair so I can return them just in case I don't like them. I recommend going there 100%

I have been a client for 2 years. I have had several issues during that time that I ignored, because they are cheap and I already bought the 100 eye club membership. Today, was the last straw, when calling to order glasses and verify insurance. The receptionists that I have spoken to all try to get an attitude and are just rude. I will get my free exams, but refuse to buy contacts or glasses from a business that allows this behavior. They said they spoke with my insurance, and took my co-payment. Now I have even more to owe out-of-pocket. I wouldn't have gone with them if I knew this ahead of time. They are a scamming company and I will not do business with them again. 2/16/2016 - I've updated this to three stars because the store made things right. Thank you.
