girl in the front so rude. 5 min late and they wouldn't see me. I was rushing through traffic and she wouldn't make an exception. no body in the lobby just the 2 workers I didn't see what the problems was. she was rude. lazy worker she just wanted to go home early. didn't value her job.

Terrible customer service. Different staff give different answers. They advertise 2 COMPLETE sets of eyeglasses for $70. Then they upsell to almost $800!!! I get making money, but that is crazy. Bait and switch for sure.
the worst service ever waited more than an hour and a half for a 10 minute exam. the frame selection was poor no one seemed to care that this became an all day event.

Supposed receive glasses within 2 weeks. 2 1/2 weeks later no glasses. Currently still on hold after 25 minutes..
