Ive Been going to them for a few years and the service gets worse and worse every year.
Recommendedthis location is the better one close to me. I will NEVER go back to stapleton location. But the people at the Mississippi location are great

Worst service they lied to me over paid for some glasses and contacts and never received my contacts
I had previously left a negative review but after the store GM Rene helped resolve my issues I would definitely recommend this store and will continue to give them my business.
I highly recommend this location they were amazing the morale is like family and if there's ever any problems they definitely are there for you to make sure it's fixed!! Love love love them!!
I went in America's best today and I had such a wonderful experience ever. The representative I worked with Sonia. Went above and beyond in making sure that I received the best care and great value. I would recommend her to anyone who goes there.
My eye exam and selecting my glasses went really well. That was over two weeks ago. I still don't have my glasses. I called today to see if they arrived; I was asked my name and birthday and the told yes my glasses were ready for pick up. I go and wait in line only to be told no somebody made a mistake and didn't even check the drawer to make sure they were ever there before telling me yes. They need to work on their customer service and faster delivery time. I've never waited this long for glasses before.
Dr. Von.... In assisting my 92 year old grandfather over and over again since May to get it right. I can't thank you enough. Now if only you could teach other companies the same customer service and ethics that would be great... thank you again!
