Ive been going to americas best for many many years but now i feel obligated to go somewhere else if i want to see correctly. Went to the arizona pavillions location for the first time. Customer service was good everything seemed fine. (Spent more than i expected though) then 2 weeks later my glasses arrived. I was so excited. Got 2 pairs 1 regular 1 tinted. The word experience I ever have with this place! Totally Unprofessional, terrible customer service, my glasses were re-made 3 times, is been 6 weeks and still waiting, today they finally came in and drive all the way over here just to find out they were closed for the Holiday:((! They didn’t mentioned anything about closing earlier today!!!😳😳🤬
I destroyed my glasses Monday ( I thought). Went in yesterday for a new pair. As we were finishing up an incredibly nice person told me "I can fix these glasses, give me a few minutes." She placed my lenses in a similar frame and gave me basically new glasses with no charge! I did not catch her name but I guarantee I will when my new pair comes in.
