They don't honor the material and workmanship warranty. They get you to buy the breackage replacement plan then use it in place of the warranty they show on the website. That's a one time replacement plan. I had oe lense had the coating coming off (scratch or glare coating) after 4 months so the lense was cloudy. They replaced them under the Product Replacement Plan which is specifically for breakage. Nothing was broken. Fast forward 3 months and the exact same issue. They will not fix it under warranty. Great place. The people treated me very well and my experience went smoothly. New glasses were needed and about a fraction of the cost over my other eye doctors! I’m very pleased
