DO NOT GO if you are a regular contact lenses user and have sensitive eyes (hydration problems). My experience was a complete nightmare! First the doctor decides to change WITHOUT informing me of the contacts I should wear while being aware of my hydration problems. While I waited for the WRONG box of dailies to arrive, the manager gave me free trails (again not my regular ones AND the type you keep for 2 weeks) mentioning « it’s better than nothing » as well as their store brand which burns and are that thick that you feel ... read more

"America's Best" that's a bit of a stretch isn't it? Requested my Rx last week and was told it would be ready today when I picked up an order. Not only was it not ready but they didn't even request it. In addition my trial pair of contacts still hasn't arrived. Did I get an apology... a promise to expedite... did they try right then and there? You bet they didn't. I was actually told they were "too busy" today. They sure weren't too busy to take my money though.
