From the Time I walked in For the Very First, Visit, I felt like They ALL Cared. I was instantly greeted. I filled out my paper work. Went back for my exam. The girl took her time with a smile explained every step that was being taken to do my exam. And Very Quickly called in to see the very personable friendly caring and helpful Doctor. Dr Moore was great, the staff was really friendly and efficient. My glasses were very affordable...I love my new glasses and highly recommend America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses!!!!
Initially, I was super impressed with the service we received. It has now been over 2 weeks and my daughter's glasses are still not in. The response I got was we have no control over when they are shipped. We were promised them in 2 weeks... going on three! No apologie just, I can't find them in the system so they must have been shipped.
