Doesn’t matter what store. Customer service is outstanding.
This was the first time coming to this place. My husband and I walked in and I let the young lady there at the front know I was coming in to shop for glasses. She said I can walk around and see what I like. They had several options from inexpensive to expensive. As I was walking and trying on glasses, at first no one came to ask me if I needed assistance. Danny was Amazing!!! Extremely friendly, and patient with my wife and I. It was our first time here at the Brea Location, and we are so happy we chose to come here. We had a Ton of frame options and time to choose. Danny was extremely helpful, and very very nice! He answered all our questions and helped us when choosing frames, and ordering our first glasses.
