Wow! Thank you to everyone at the Marketplace location! Scheduling, check in, the techs, the doc, the kind gentleman that got me squared up, to notifications for pick up and customer service… I had an extremely positive experience with EVERY STEP. Holy cow, I’m pretty speechless… I’ve been wearing glasses for 20 years and this is the first time I feel like I can SEE!!! My glasses fit perfectly to my face, they don’t squeeze, they don’t droop. Total comfort. Thank you ALL so much!!!! ❤️❤️
Jessica helped us out! My son’s frames have broken a few times since getting them. Thinking it may have been a factory defect she helped us find the same frames and replace them quickly right in store! Very nice woman and excellent at customer service ❤️
