Outstanding job by Jeff! We had our 1950 house in Des Moines Iowa windows done. Price was very competitive and the crew even vacuumed my floor.
I think I'm at 4 or 5 months and still waiting on my windows. Every time, which has been multiple times for the date to come and install my windows comes, it gets changed again. I then had to call the other locations, due to no one telling us they changed their number, couldn't figure out where my money went. Now they are using the contract as an excuse on how they mention the date can continue to change, even though, they told me the latest one be a certain date. We had new roof and gutters installed. Nice work, clean, on time, no problems. Gave me a 10% veterans discount.
Been waiting MONTHS to get windows. No idea where my money has went. Been promised these windows since September. Every time the day comes to install it gets pushed back. The original sales person disappeared and stopped updating us on the status. Called several locations to track the sales man down just to hear more excuses and delays! Do not waste your time here!!!
