Overall, it was a very pleasant experience dealing with ABC. From David's (sales) causal demeaner but very knowledgeable evaluation of what I wanted, Marvin's (installation) fast and excellent work to the product itself, I am very pleased with my new window. So much so that we asked David to come back and give us a quote for replacing all of our windows.

15 months after installing the windows, the manager called me and asked me if I was having any trouble. I told him a couple of windows were hard to lock. He showed me the proper way to lock them and now I am completely satisfied. edit: I used them again for a siding project 4 years later. Totally satisfied. Great company!
