DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. JANAY MORRISON IS THE ULTIMATE LIER . We purchased 1 window just 1 window for our office. In April 2025 . It was supposed to be installed the first week in June . We have been getting the run around from not answering phone calls at the office or her cell to not even text messages. Finally we reached out to the parent company and all of a sudden phone calls got returned. Very disappointing considering the high rating on Google. 2 consecutive no-shows, no responses and poor scheduling/follow up. Sales person was pleasant, however, and not reflective of the poor follow up service. Service cancelled and refund requested.

The installation went well, the installer was professional and polite. He knew exactly what he was doing. His craftsmanship was above 5 star and it's shown after the window was installed.
