This has to be the worst personal care service company I ever used. They send out the lowest of lowest people. They are very unprofessional and lack work ethic in the company. I have been with them awhile. They are rude and inconsiderate of your personal needs. They contradict what you ask them to do. They do it there way. They send out people without cars. They don’t care about your feelings. When they come for home visits they don’t ask you anything just make you sign their paper and don’t tell you what you are signing.
It's a good CO. Just needs government funds to incentivise employees to stay
