Great experience from the initial contact, walk-thru for my project then I got a written proposal and lastly the work. The crew of guys were friendly and courteous and answered any questions that I had they cleaned up when they were done. I am very satisfied with the job they did and would highly recommend them. Great work, knowledgeable and professional workmen. Patiently explained the process of the waterproofing system. Very curtious and cleaned worksite each day. No hidden fees. I had a problem with the backup battery system 6 months after the work was completed and they came the next day to see what the problem was and ran some tests then replaced the battery with a new one.
These folks did a terrific job on the interior waterproofing in our basement. They were on time every morning, which was nice. Also, each technician was professional and very polite. To do the work, they had to move our water purification system, washer and dryer away from the basement walls. We appreciated their special care in moving the water system. The finished product looks terrific. Plus, our basement even smells better!! We are so glad they would come all the way to Oil City.
Colton and crew showed up on time and finished a day earlier than expected. He explained how the system would work and I am so excited to have a dry basement all year long. Thanks guys!
If you are a woman, I suggest avoiding this company. I feel like they took advantage of me, and after spending $30, 502 to have my basement waterproofed, I am left with a mess. they also didn't refund the $250 inspection/estimate cost. It has been over 2 months and they have not come back to fix what they promised to fix, either. I now have a new river running through my basement, but aside from the water problem not being fixed, I now have to pay another company to fix the damage they did to the basement interior.
