I highly recommend this automotive repair shop! I was traveling back to my home in Florida when my truck broke down. I was able to get it to this exit and shop. The place was swamped ! They were friendly and could’ve easily turned us away or made us wait until there next business day which would have been Monday as they’re closed on Sunday’s instead they got the parts I needed and got me back on the road a few hours later! Thanks again!
Deceptive, fraudulent, thieves. They hung up on me Friday when I had to call about a warranty. You lied about replacing my alternator wire but wrote it on the ticket for 49.99, you gave my mom a hard time and you covered the alternator in electrical tape but charged me for a new one. The duralast alternator had the voltage regulator fail immediately after I got it home. I was towed to this shop and my tow driver let them know he picked the car off 95. I knew then I might be in trouble a far as being taken advantage of. My alternator went out. They charged me almost 4 times the cost of an alternator and charged me for a part my son installed and used black electrical tape to get it out of the way, but my son's strange handy work on the wire connectors were still there. Wonderful place! We hit something that was black and metal on I-95 northbound right before exit 33. It looked like debris from the construction area and three other cars hit the same debris at the same time this place was 1 mile away from the gas station that we pulled into off exit 33 and they had the tire that we needed and they got us back on the road within an hour. Very honest and fast place. Does great work! Definitely a safe place for travelers in need to stop for help and repairs.
Blow out on Interstate, first tire shop I called, great price for a new tire, friendly staff and done in a quick matter so we could get back to our trip! Thanks
