Beware of this auction!! A lot of junk and non-auction prices I been there several times and it’s like a junk yard, aggressive sales tactics
I called all day to pick up a car that was repossessed. The extension number kept sending my to voicemail. The main office didn't even let me finish a sentence and proceeded to transfer me even though i kept telling no one was answering. Never gave me helpful answers or a way to help me. Very rude the front desk lady.
I will never return to this auction or any other AAA locations, purchased a green light 3 day westlake unit, no mention of structural damage. trunk pan was ripped open but according to tony its just fine even though every other auction I deal with on a daily basis would've marked it as structural damage. There were also thousands of dollars of hidden damage under the front bumper, bent core support, radiator and condenser in a v shape. I will take my money elsewhere, they do not want to take care of their mistake.
