I had a new unit installed 4 months ago and it stopped getting cool. Instead of calling my landlord I called the phone number listed on my unit. The young man that answered his phone gave me step by step instructions on what he thought the issues was. Finally 3 hours later, 10 texts and a trip to Loews for the correct filter, my house started getting cool. He never lost his patience or made me feel incompetent.
