Similar to the other review by Jennifer, I placed an order for Lysol spray when the site said it was in stock. AFTER I placed the order it said it was back ordered. I placed the order June 25th, called them twice each time they assured me they should receive a shipment within the next 2 weeks. It is now September 6th and I still do not have the product although it was paid for when I ordered it and the receipt said the order could not be cancelled and the payment refunded. I placed an order for a case of 12 Clorox hand sanitizers two months ago at the height of the CO-VID19 outbreak, wanting to prepare "care packages" for friends and family. The item was not marked, OUT-OF-STOCK, so I assumed it was available. After check-out, I received an order confirmation (with no assigned number) and a message saying the items were back-ordered, and the order could not be cancelled, returned or refunded.
