Unbelievably unorganized practice.. I call them TWICE to ask about a prescription, receptionist finally tells me to come at 3pm to talk to the doctor, I even confirm the address with her! drive in traffic and wait there 15 minutes just for her to tell me “I never told you to come. I have been a patient of Anait Galfaian MD for over 30 years. She will always be available to me - I just walk in if I am very sick and need medication . I will just sit and wait till she has seen her other patients, then the nurses call me. I will sit in waiting room for hours because I feel safe and know I will be taken good care of before closing hrs Plus, her sister is the resident dentist there Lastly, they have a small pharmacy right there in the clinic .
