Nurse came out to do an evaluation. Told my father in law they will set up in home physical therapy nd home health and they will call to schedule. The nurse then ghosted for a week after repeated calles. After a week the supervisor called to tell us that they are refusing to come out because we have dogs. We told them at the start we had dogs. Do not see them they will leave your loved ones in a bed uncared for a week with no word.
