The place to go when you need appliances serviced
I have used Americare twice, once for my refrigerator, and most recently for my stove. Americare worked with LG to get the refrigerator part (which was under warranty) and as soon as they had the part, came and fixed the refrigerator. That was more than a year ago and everything has worked fine since then. Yesterday Eugence came to fix our stove, and installed a new ignitor. Professional service, knowledgeable techs.
Eugene Rodriguez came out to look at microwave and refrigerator. He was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. The folks at the home office were also very helpful. I took a stab in the dark after driving past their store a few time. Wanting to support local business, I gave them a try, and I'm glad I did.
I called for a dryer repair, I was sent a technician that charge me for a job not done. He was busy on the phone during the service bash this company with another. I asked how will he keep if the my dryer was repaired he gave me his number and ask that I called if it wasn’t. It wasn’t and I called/texted he promised to come back and ask that I not call the office until this very day he has not returned. Now I have to find a more reputable company; pay all over again to get the service I require
