If you take offense to a hard working elderly man calling you chief while he talks to you, this isn't the place for you. I've taken probably 30 vehicles there to get tested over the years and the man that runs it is a character. He'll talk smack about your car in a way you really can't get upset about and it really helps the time go by as opposed to just sitting there and waiting.
The place I'll use until our CA government starts using common sense.
