We had a wonderful experience working with Richard Hettish on our reverse mortgage. From the very beginning he was enthusiastic and yet professional. Richard was very informative on all matters, and took the time to explain everything to us in great detail. His followup calls were always prompt. My husband and I did some research on reverse mortgage and chose American Senior from its numerous reviews and good ratings. We had the pleasure of working with amazing representatives Richard Hettish and Cheryl McNeil. They were very helpful and made us feel that we were in good hands. There were some major hold ups but Cheryl powered on through them and we finally closed. Richard was great help answering our questions and guiding us through the steps.
