Wonderful customer service! The delivery and pick up of old mattresses was an easy experience, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Don't be fooled by the good reviews, once you're out the door you are on your own. We were told specifically how to take care not to void the warranty, mattress pad, turning, and basically babying the mattress. We get one with a defect. So we called them and they sent out 2 guys to take pictures of the defective mattress. One even said they'd never seen anything like that before.
