After living in a two-story detached condo for 25 years, I figured it was time to have my gutters inspected and cleaned. Joseph from Americano came out and inspected my gutters. He found nothing to impede water from draining, and since he did no work, he charged me NOTHING! I was shocked. No service fee, no home visit fee nothing. Joseph Vega and Americano Services did an excellent job cleaning our tile roof and exterior windows. We received a quick response to our initial inquiry and a very competitive quote. Not only did our roof and windows look great but they were extremely diligent in their clean up, not only of our property but also our neighbors.
