We love Americano’s fried pickles because 1) they’re chips and not spears 2) the breading they use is super crispy and sticks nicely. I also love that they include 3 crispy onion rings with your order of a club sandwich in the fry basket (not sure if this applies to other sandwiches that come w fries). It’s our favorite spot to get lunch in Interbay/Magnolia!
Update: Went to pick up my to go order and there was a small problem in the kitchen. The young man managing the counter explained the issue, offered an apology and told me exactly what they were going to do to address it. I told him I’d go listen to my audio book in the car and be back but he beat me to it and came out with the food. This is how you deal with issues and build loyalty from your customers. Delicious food at a good price for Seattle standards. Great gyros
This is such a great spot if you’re craving classic American comfort food. They have a really delicious traditional burger and fries, and I especially love the French fries with fry sauce (ketchup + mayo). So good.
I love this place, so happy it’s close by. Reliable, inexpensive and good. Especially the chicken baguette and the fried pickles.
