Great place
I didn’t even want to give them a half star but Google wouldn’t let me post without it. Don’t EVER rely on this company for your vacation. They canceled our RV reservation 2 hours before we were to pick up the RV and ruined our entire spring break. Apparently they don’t know how to manage their fleet and “found repairs” that couldn’t be made in time for us to have the RV. Parts couldn’t get there on time? This was our first experience with this company in June - we rented a 27ft Chateau motor home last month for a short trip from Denton to Arkansas. Please be aware that the website does not indicate that the motor home may be quite used, ours had 95k miles, and had many defects related to age - broken shower door, broken drawer slides, water leak in the roof at the pop-out when it rains, and a non-functional generator battery - which the company did not refund our charge for generator use.
