I would like some questions I have answered please ,I’m very curious.i will ask all the questions i have right now and I hope you will answer as soon as you can, in in a nursing and rehabilitation place and would like to transfer there, I do physical therapy here and have a room here but I would like to find some place else that would possibly work better for me at this moment,do you have any beds available right now or possibly in the near future? My grandma recently died back in October 24 because this place didn’t clean their equipment and she developed a urinary infection.

I’m writing to express my deep concern and frustration with the level of care and overall condition of the facility where my grandfather currently resides. I’ve visited him several times, and with each visit, I become more upset by what I see and experience. For example, during one visit, he was served breakfast and asked for milk with it.
