My wife and I purchased a unit in September 2023 and we couldn't be happier. Everyone we have met has been very friendly and helpful. We are part-time residents and appreciate the quiet enjoyment we get when we're here. The HOA dues are very reasonable and they're extremely responsive and keep us residents in the loop as to what's happening and when things are getting done. I don't live here but visiting my sister. I have had an experience with racism and disability issues at these apartments there are people there in particular Tamara in 219 and Kendall I don't know whether it's a male or female but there with the homeowners association and they have been harassing my sister and her daughter they reported that our dogs that their dogs keep barking and they only have one and they have five they continue to watch the apartment they continue to harass these tenants they act like they're the HOA p... read more
