I must say I had a great experience at this place,I had to wait a lil because I was not able to get there.on time with the mix up address so please don't put the address on ur GPS use the site name instead it will take u straight there not like me I was lost the opposite way the ladies and doctor were great.great service
Black mold on the ceiling holes in the walls and this place is dirty as crap, front desk staff is nice the rn doesn’t listen I had to tell him my height 3 times my social for my alcohol test 5 times and still wrote the wrong thing down. And he just throw the paper in the trash instead of shredding it. Don’t come here unless it’s an emergency!!!!!!
I went for me CDL and did it without problems. Staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The doctor was very nice and had great beside manner. Is currently looking for new patients..
